nWe are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Electrician to join the team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems across residential projects.n
nThe ideal Electrician is a safety-conscious, reliable professional who can deliver high-quality workmanship while working efficiently to meet project deadlines in line with current regulations and industry standards.n
nKey Responsibilitiesn
n- Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, circuits, and systems in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)n
n- Carry out first and second fix electrical installationsn
n- Install and connect associated electrical systemsn
n- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans accuratelyn
n- Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial electrical worksn
n- Ensure full compliance with site RAMS, HSE requirements, and building regulationsn
n- Maintain accurate records of installations, testing, and certification documentationn
n- Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in safe working conditionn
n- Deliver high standards of workmanship with attention to detail and safetyn
nEssential Qualifications & Experiencen
n- Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent, e.g. City & Guilds 2365-02 / 2357 pathway)n
n- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certificationn
n- Valid JIB Gold Card or ECS Gold Cardn
n- Proven experience in either commercial, industrial, housing, or construction environmentsn
n- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioningn
n- Competent in first fix and second fix installationsn
n- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsn
n- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and site compliancen
n- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailn
n- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamn
nDesirable Qualifications & Experiencen
n- Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)n
n- IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant site certificationsn
n- Full UK Driving Licencen
n- Experience supervising apprentices or junior electriciansn
