Primary School SEN Support Roles – Leeds
Part‑time and full‑time opportunities are available. We are looking for dedicated SEN Support Staff to join a range of primary schools across Leeds who are committed to supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, behavioural needs and SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health).
Responsibilities
1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
Small‑group interventions to help pupils progress academically and socially
Behaviour and SEMH support, ensuring pupils feel safe, encouraged and understood
Supporting pupils with autism, communication needs and sensory regulation
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support plans
Helping create a positive, nurturing learning environment for all pupils

Positions available immediately across multiple Leeds primary schools
Ideal Candidates Will Have
Experience supporting children with SEN (school‑based or otherwise)
A caring, resilient and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
A passion for helping children reach their full potential
(Desirable) Experience with autism, sensory needs, SEMH or behaviour support
