We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our team and collaborate on multiple projects in the Health, Services, Finance, Insurance and Telecom sectors, among others.

The ideal candidate
- Experience with Java Backend development (Java >= 8).
- 8+ years experience.
- Experiencewith Spring/Spring Boot .
- Experience in JPA and Hibernate.
- Knowledge inApplication architecture (MicroServices based architecture, hexagonal…).
- Experience with CI/CD.
- English proficiency should be at least B2 level.
- Role model mindset, experience in coaching junior team members, and used to do technical support of team members.
- Experience with Java Frontend (Angular or any other UI framework).
- AWS or other cloud platform.
- Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
- Passion for learning and growing as a developer.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrummethodologies.
- Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn.
