What you will do
Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes and define RTO/RPO
Map business processes to underlying IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess risks and dependencies
Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP)
Provide guidance during crisis scenarios and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities
Maintain and update BCM/DR documentation and procedures
What you bring
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on BCM/DR
Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization
Ability to translate business processes into IT/system dependencies
Experience with BCP and DRP frameworks
Experience in regulated environments
