Graduate Solution Architect Limerick Customer Solution Center – Innovation LabJoin us as a Solution Architect on our Innovation Lab team in Limerick to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveYou will:- Work with customers to understand their challenges, business objectives, technical requirements, a desired outcomes.- Contribute to solution designs that are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned to customer needs.- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, lab sessions, and solution briefings for customers and partners.- Build, configure, test, and document prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Dell technologies and relevant partner or cloud Translate customer use cases into practical lab experiences, architecture diagrams, demonstrations, and validation plans.- Investigate technical issues during demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, identify root causes, and recommend next steps.The Limerick CSC Innovation Lab is looking for a Graduate Solution Architect to help customers, partners, and Dell account teams turn technology ideas into practical, demonstrable outcomes.This is a balanced customer-facing and hands-on role. You will support discovery conversations and technical workshops, help shape solution architectures, and build or configure demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts in the Innovation Lab.
